BASIC VS. PRO RANGE WHICH IS RIGHT FOR YOU? – The Basic Range is often preferred by professional fighters and pad holders due to its lighter weight and more comfortable striking surface. While the Basic Range may age faster than the Pro Range, feedback from top fighters and pad holders suggests that many prefer to simply replace the Basic Range more regularly because they love the overall experience it provides. For those using the basic range a few sessions a week, the Basic Range is likely the best option. However, if you’re planning to use the kit intensively or in a commercial setting, we recommend the Pro Range, as it’s designed to maintain its performance over the long term, although it may trade off some of the comfort found in the Basic model.
