Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused and in like-new condition (if the item appears used no refund will be given).

2. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping Costs

Please note that while we offer “free shipping” at the time of purchase, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will not be refunded. For example, if you purchased an item for £30 and we spent £10 on shipping, your refund will be £20.

The original shipping costs we incurred to deliver your item are non-refundable.

Return Postage

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We require that you use a signed, recorded delivery service with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery for the returned item.

Delivery Responsibility

The responsibility for contacting the courier regarding any questions or updates about the shipment is transferred to the buyer once the item has been collected by the courier. If you need to make changes or inquire about the delivery, it is essential to communicate directly with the courier to ensure the item is delivered correctly as we don’t have any control over this part. Please ensure that your courier settings are adjusted so that only your household can accept the delivery and avoid leaving goods in safe spaces.

If you have opted to leave the item with a neighbor or in a safe space, and the tracking shows that it has been delivered to that location, we cannot issue a refund even if you claim the item was not received as essentially you have taken the risk which we can’t pay for in the instance that goods get stolen. To avoid such issues, we strongly recommend setting your courier preferences to ensure delivery only to your own address.


Our return policy last 30 days just so you know. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

we are happy to accept returns under the following circumstances.

  • It is up to the purchaser to send the goods back at their own cost.
  • please contact us with your order number, reason for return and we will respond with the return address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty Items / Refunds 

If you think your item is faulty then rest assured we are here to help it rarely happens but if on the rare occasion it does we are here to help please take some photos and send an email to info@bulldozafightwear.com explaining the fault then you can either:

  • Ask for a replacement to be sent out
  • Ask for a refund 

we will work with you as we are one big family and customer service is important to us we just try to be fair.

PLEASE NOTE:

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Splits to the side of the bag caused by external objects such as walls, nails or any other object which may cause damage to the bag.
  • wear and tear of the bag or hangers.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of working days.

Missing or late refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bulldozafightwear.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will exchange your item if unused all we ask is that you pay the two shipping costs incurred in the return and send out (we will charge £10 for send out to cover shipping + packaging). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bdfw.co.uk and send your item to the address with give you.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and is granted a refund we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
