UK MAINLAND DELIVERY 

£60 orders and above will be sent on an express shipping service taking 1 to 2 business days to arrive. (We always try to deliver next day on orders over £60 received by noon).

£60 orders and under will be sent on a standard shipping service taking 2 to 4 business days to arrive.

Please note orders over 200kg will be send on a pallet service taking 2 to 4 days to arrive (pallet will be delivered roadside).

Please note for large orders £200 and above please allow 2 to 4 days to arrive.

All UK orders shipping is free

Return & Refund Policy continued 

If you wish to return an item for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused and in like-new condition (if the item appears used no refund will be given).

2. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping Costs

Please note that while we offer “free shipping” at the time of purchase, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will not be refunded. For example, if you purchased an item for £30 and we spent £10 on shipping, your refund will be £20.

The original shipping costs we incurred to deliver your item are non-refundable.

Return Postage

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We require that you use a signed, recorded delivery service with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery for the returned item.

Delivery Responsibility

The responsibility for contacting the courier regarding any questions or updates about the shipment is transferred to the buyer once the item has been collected by the courier. If you need to make changes or inquire about the delivery, it is essential to communicate directly with the courier to ensure the item is delivered correctly as we don’t have any control over this part. Please ensure that your courier settings are adjusted so that only your household can accept the delivery and avoid leaving goods in safe spaces.

If you have opted to leave the item with a neighbor or in a safe space, and the tracking shows that it has been delivered to that location, we cannot issue a refund even if you claim the item was not received as essentially you have taken the risk which we can’t pay for in the instance that goods get stolen. To avoid such issues, we strongly recommend setting your courier preferences to ensure delivery only to your own address.

All items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and will be shipped Standard International which will take 2 to 11 business days and will be done on a weight to cost basis as follows it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all of there countries import duties:
