The Pocket Rocket is a compact 3FT heavy bag built for serious striking and developing true transferable punch power. Supplied with 40KG of recycled rubber filler, it is designed to mimic the resistance and density of a conditioned opponent.

Once settled, the Pocket Rocket creates a very firm, heavy striking surface while taking up far less space than a full-size heavy bag. The aim is simple: get your punches ring-ready by repeatedly driving your shots into a target with the firmness and resistance you would expect from a conditioned opponent.

Simply fill with the 40KG of rubber provided, firmly pack the remaining space at the top with your own rags, and your Pocket Rocket can be built in around 5 minutes.

With any of our recycled rubber products, please allow for a few percent variation in weight due to the manufacturing and sack filling process.

Please Note: The punch bag must be mounted to a very robust surface, e.g. stone or metal. The mount point should be professionally installed and rated for the bag's weight. It is your responsibility to fill the bag safely. Always wear wrist wraps and gloves when using your bag. If you use sand balls, ensure they are in the Centre of the bag and surrounded by a softer material.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this filler makes a very firm, heavy fantastic bag, it's important to note it’s made of recycled rubber (well done for saving the planet), which can arrive either dry or slightly damp and will often contain a bit of sand and potentially grass blades (consider it a thank you token from Mother Earth for your eco friendly purchase) but the great news is the rubber is 100% wire-free and makes for a fantastic serious punch bag filler - if it arrives slightly damp leave it to dry out. We wouldn’t be selling a product like this unless it was the best filler for a very firm, heavy bag, so if you can look past the above, you're in for a treat as no filler can replicate an opponents conditioned Abs in this uniformed way.

PLEASE NOTE:

We provide 40kg rather than sending unnecessary excess rubber that most customers would not use. If you want to experiment with an even heavier fill, you can purchase an additional 20kg sack separately. With careful filling and settling, you may be able to squeeze approximately another 5-10kg of rubber into the bag, although this is optional and not required.

 

Please note that this extra filler is not included in the price the product has been competitively priced to include the outer shell plus 40 kg of recycled rubber punch bag filler.

This eco-friendly rubber filler makes a dense, serious training bag. It may arrive dry or slightly damp (it’s rare to arrive damp but if it does simply dry out before using) and may contain small traces of sand or grass. This is normal and harmless and see it a token of gratitude from Mother Nature for your eco purchase.

Filling your bag with this rubber punch bag filler will make it very heavy and firm. Ensure if you use our hanging straps that you go 2 straps to one rubber bag.

EXCESS RUBBER OPTION (BUY AN ADDITIONAL 20KG SACK) - READ IN FULL

If you choose to buy a third sack of rubber, you’ll receive more filler than the bag can take. The bag naturally settles at around 45/50 kg. (expect a few kg each difference) Our filler comes in 20 kg sacks, so you will have some leftover rubber. For most customers, the 40 kg option + their own rags is the sweet spot but if you prefer a heavier feel, you can buy another rubber sack. Only purchase this option if you’re happy with that.
